有trade credit的时候，公司有两种选择：
1 享受trade credit，在第18天的时候还款，假设是100块应付，那么能少付5%，也就是付95块即可。
2 不享受trade credit，在第60天的时候还，仍旧要还100块。
相比选择1，第二个选择，等价于是在第18天的时候借入了95块，第60天的时候还100块，这个利率，年化之后就是“ annualized cost of trade credit ”
