答案那句话的意思是说：power of test 是当原假设为假而备择假设为真时（此时应该拒绝原假设），我们拒绝了原假设的概率。如果我们此时没能拒绝原假设，我们就犯了Type II erro （存伪）。
Type II error 错误的概率我们一般表示为β，由上面的定义可以知道 power of test = 1 - β
