和Repurchase agreement相比，抵押物的区别为：
Repurchase agreement的抵押物就是bond，有时会在借款额之上扣除hair cut进行补充；
security lending的债券借入方是要提供给债券借出方cash或者high-credit-quality bonds，并且价值要高于借入的债券；
那么security lending的债券借入方是不是还不能直接等同于Repurchase agreement的资金借出方？在Repurchase agreement的资金借出方基础上还要再补充下抵押物？

“那么security lending的债券借入方是不是还不能直接等同于Repurchase agreement的资金借出方？
是的。
有一点小区别：Repo是拿债券作抵押，借出资金；而Security Lending是拿债券或者Cash作抵押，借出目标债券。
“在Repurchase agreement的资金借出方基础上还要再补充下抵押物？”
Repurchase agreement的抵押物只有债券；而Security lending的抵押物可以是债券、也可以是Cash，目的是利用抵押物借出来想要的目标债券。
