读题的时候需要观察一下，如果先给了一个年利率（一般叫stated annual rate），然后后面又给了一个计息的频率（如 compounded monthly），这种情况就说明给的年利率是一个“假的”，是通过月利率×12算出来的。所以这个时候就需要用年利率除以12得到真实的月利率。
与此同时。n也需要乘以12。因为n是计息的总期数，如果按月计息，就需要在年的基础上×12。
