我覺得重點是independent regulator 但是不是SRO ：是否是自發成立的（非SRO：可能是國會成立的像PCAOB）

IR：都是有授權，不依賴政府出資的

括号里的话不对，因为是SRO就不能是政府资助。

最后一句话 independent regulator 究竟是不是政府组织的，原版书中没有提及。

嗨，爱思考的PZer你好：

第一行和第二行没毛病。

第三行说括号里应该是"不是所有的SRO都是independent regulator”.“independent”和” regulator”这两个字不要拆开。同理后面应该是。SRO都是独立的，因为SRO是自己出资的。

independent regulator也不是政府出资的，所以可以有一定的独立自主性。原版书并没有论述independent regulator是不是政府组织成立的，这里原版书只说了一句话“ One distinction between government
agencies and independent regulators is that the latter typically do not rely on government funding and are often given a degree of autonomy in terms of decision making.”所以记住这句话即可
