那SRO 和independent regulator 都不受政府資金支持嗎?

嗨，从没放弃的小努力你好：


这里，你不要把independent和regulator拆开来。我们通常是拿 SRO 和independent regulator作比较。因为SRO肯定是independent的，因为SRO不依赖政府出资，所以就是独立的。

如果SRO有政府授权，那么它便是independent regulator，否则它就不是independent regulator。
