C选项就是第一类错误的一个重要结论。第一类错误的概率=α（significance level），第二类错误无此结论。

这个知识点常见的考察方式为significance level 下降 / 从10%变到5% / confidence level从90%变到95% / confidence level上升后的结论：第一类错误（下降），第二类错误（上升），power of test（下降）

注意significance level是那个比较小的概率1%，5%，10%等。95%那些是confidence level不要混了。加油
