关于prepay的问题

老师 请问这里面的这里面的the current balance on the loan是不是就是等于=mortgage at beginning-本月scheduled principal 所以都是直接用SMM*the current balance on the loan算出来prepayment嘛？

同学你好，不是的，这边是practice exam错了。这两道题都是来源于practice exam的。要减去schedule的。以何老师在经典题课上讲的为准
