想问问，为什么不是25000*（1+r/4*5）的4*5次方=35000？

同学你好，

回忆一下EAR的定。 EAR是投资后每年实际的年利率。为了得到这个实际的年利率，就需要把名义上的stated annual rate， r， （这其实是一个“假的“利率）转化为真实可以拿到的实际利率，所以需要首先把名义利率r转化为 r/m 得到真实的期间利率，然后就可以写成 1+EAR=(1+r/m)^m。如果投资n年，就是 (1+EAR)^n=(1+r/m)^mn

所以按季度计息的情况下，用名义的7%/4就可以了，不用再乘以5。本金*r*n是单利条件下计息n期的形式，也就是每期利息永远都是本金*r，没有利滚利的效果的。
