A Canadian is working in China. Chinese law is LS but Canada law is MS. Should he obey the CFA restrictions or MS Canadian laws?

应该遵守MS，但如果MS中提到要遵守工作所在地的法律，则最终是遵守LS。如果没有提到就是MS.
