这道题是一个后付年金的形式,所以没必要去想“XX年初”,按照年末的思路来想就可以。如果不考虑本题,只考虑一个从0时点开始的后付年金的话,现金流都是发生在第1年末,第2年末。。。第N年末,而算PV时,不是折算到第1年末的,而是要折现到0时点。
回到本题,正是因为第一笔现金流付到了13年末,所以如果要算这段年金的现值的话,是算到N=12时间点的。(N=12相当于这道题里的“0时点”,13年末相当于这道题里的“1时点”)。所以第二步再往前折现的话,N=12折现到N=0仍然是12期。
如果一定要按照“年初”的想法来思考的话,14年年初有第一笔现金流,那么第一步折现是折现到前一期13年年初的,也就是12年年末,所以还是到N=12时间点。但是不建议从这个角度进行思考哈。
关于后付年金的计算,也可以参考一下讲义P16页例题。
关于12月份的考试,其实现在时间还是有的,所以一定不要因为心慌而盲目的“赶进度”,赶出来的进度还会忘记,其实没有太多帮助。这个时候建议是要重视看到的每道题目和例题,争取达到“做一题会一题”。加油
