这道题描述的非常绕，但实质就是已知FV=5w，N=15，求PV。

具体拆分一下，就是20年后会收到5w，这5w就是FV；常规的问法是问这5w在0时点的PV。但这道题问的是在end of Year 5时的“PV”，所以在画出来的时间轴上，是把N=20时的FV=5w，折现到N=5时刻，也就是往前折现15年。用计算器时，N=15.

然后是计算器的问题，其实经过分析后就很容易了： N=15，I/Y=4，PMT=0，FV=50,000.00. CPT PV=-27,763。

但是一定要注意，计算器的使用的前提是要首先深刻理解题目和考点。而不仅仅是单纯的按键。以这道题目为例，实质其实是PV=50000（1+4%）^(-15)。理解了这个逻辑，就可以自由的选择是用TVM的一排五个键来求PV，还是直接按以上公式。千万不要把计算器用成只是机械的按4个键，而不去管其中的逻辑。

此外，结合你之前提的问题多说一点，这里的PV计算出来是个负数，这个的原理同之前的解答：PV和FV的符号是相反的。（如果有PMT，PMT的符号也跟PV相反）。这道题计算时令FV=+5w只是因为从习惯出发，对于CF“received”取正号。但是其实也可以令FV=-5w，这样PV计算出来就是+27763了，不影响最终的结果。
