60%说的是在WIG执政时，税率上涨的概率（这是一个条件概率），但现在要求的在税率上涨的非条件概率与WIG执政时税收不上涨的联合概率之和。

您好，我先用P（A）*P（B）=P（AB）做了初步判断，以为是inpennce关系，因此发现没有正确答案。这个判断等式，结果需要保留小数点多少才算与P（AB）的数值一致？
