答案说了跟没说一样。问题是为什么是用后付年金来计算?究竟是因为(1)银行按揭贷款的默认吗?先拿到贷款,拿到贷款的下一个月开始支付按揭?还是(2)与是不是按揭贷款无关,只要题目没有说是先付,那就是后付,因为后付是ordinary annuity,如果是先付,题目一定会说annuity due?
