A选项shareholder activism属于market factor, B 选项的media和C选项的corporate governance industry都属于non-market factor.
题目问关于non-market factor 最不正确的，A不是non-market factor, 所以选A。B和C都是正确的。
同学可能觉得因为A不属于non market factor, 所以不在讨论范围内，不应该选A。但是CFA很多定性的题目就是这么考查的， 不属于non-market factor或者属于non-market factor但是描述不正确，这两种都算错误。
而且大部分题目都是以most/least correct这种形式来考察，所以要从三个选择选择最正确/错误最明显的那一个。
这道题的三句话本身都是正确的，但是非常明显，BC都是non-market factor， 只有A不是。所以只能选A。
