同学你好,这道题考察的主要是原版书里的这个结论。当n很大,p趋近于0时,二项分布可以被泊松分布很好的估计。而如果λ很大,那么泊松分布可以被正态分布所估计。λ很大才可以,所以就选了λ趋近于1。这里的成功率它指的是 λ,而不是p。
可能不同教材有一些不一样,建议同学把这个知识点单独记一下,还是遵循原版书比较保险的。

这里的success rate应该是p。根据选项的意思,只有p接近于1的时候,在n很大的情况下,才能保证np很大。
