同学你好，这道题是把foreign transaction和foreign translation放在一起考了，C选项的意思是foreign transaction gain/loss的披露，子公司的业务里也会有foreign transaction gain/loss，IFRS和US GAAP对foreign transaction G/L都要求确认在I/S中，但是不要求具体放在什么位置，不同公司可能把这部分放入I/S不同的栏位，这样会影响不同公司之间会计报表的可比性，所以要求在I/S中披露，母公司合并了子公司的报表，也要对子公司的transaction gain/loss金额进行披露。
