Q5A中，答案是one-half of the increase in the value of the total estate......，但是题目里说的是one-half of the community property？怎么读出是increase的部分？

考点是community property的定义。夫妻共同财产权（Community property rights）是配偶双方都拥有一半的婚姻期间财产的所有权，而婚前和婚姻结束后的财产还是属于个人财产。
题干说：The Gondos’ total estate has grown from EUR 6 million to EUR 16 million during their marriage. 所以婚姻期间共有的是10m.
