broker给的soft dollar

是的，需要披露。

Soft dollar的章节已经删除了，以前在二级有个单独的Reading，现在全部删掉了，只剩Ethics里的了，所以关于Soft dollar最多了解到上面提到的即可。

"broker给investment manager的客户提供免费的行研资料看，然后investment manager也做了仔细的研究认为这个broker是可以提供Best execution的，所以聘用了这个Broker。我想问investment manager有义务需要披露给他的客户，他们看到的行研资料是这个broker提供的这件事情吗?"

没有义务披露。同时因为这个Research是免费的，所以不是Soft dollar

有疑问的大概是这道题：
