明明tax free 为啥要付inheritance tax

个人IPS 2015 年Q7 part A: 题目里写了 JACK to receive half of community property tax free upon his wife's death.  但是为什么答案里依然算了 spousal inheritance tax?

题干是这么说的：with the community property amounting to only 10% of her total assets
夫妻共同财产之占总资产10%，所以免税的half of community property是120m*10%*0.5=6m

剩下的必须通过继承获得，继承就要交继承税啦。
