Liquidity of the position. Investors in funds must be prepared to have the capital tied up for 7–10 years. Although a limited secondary market for private equity commitments exists, the investments trade at highly discounted prices, which makes selling the positions an unattractive option.

一般是不会考到的，tax这里一般机构投资者特别是pension fund之类的都有税收优惠，对于个人投资者来说，是要严格交税的，所以个人投资另类产品也需要充分考虑税收的问题
