道德框架图里面有个案例是这样的：
she tells her clients that her executive committee membership will allow her to better assist her clients
in keeping up with changes to the standards and facilitating their compliance with the changes.
有两个地方不太明白，求老师解答：
1、这个违反的point是在哪里，是因为滥用了 executive committee membership 还是说可以better assist and facilitating，我自己的理解是，如果说是声称可以帮客户更好地跟上standards的变化并适应standards的变化，听起来感觉好像也没有什么问题。。。如果这个standards是指codes and standards的话
2、其实和第一个差不多，如果这个人只是个cfa chartholder，不是executive committee membership，那么他如果说自己可以better assist her clients in keeping up with changes to the standards and facilitating their compliance with the changes，那么这样算违反吗？
