在做一些题目中，几乎都说计算gross-of-fees returns或net-of-fees returns都不扣除custody fee，但在原版书232页中，讲到When actual trading expenses cannot be identified and segregated from a bundled fee，the gross-of-fees returns must be reduced by the entire bundled fee or the portion of the bundled fee that includes the direct trading expenses。同时指出，bundled fees include any combination of management, transaction,custody, and other administrative fees.
这么推断岂不是计算gross-of-fee returns也扣除了custody fee，这与之前做的题目矛盾，请老师评判。谢谢
