老师,这道题目的答案讲解我有两个小问题:
- 能否解释下到底什么是appraisal lag,
是不是说地产的估值appraisal是在transaction交易之后的,所以有个time lag?
2、我打问号的这句话,是不是说反了?如果基于appraisal 有个lag,appraisal 会平滑指数,那么应该是it behaves somewhat like a moving average of what an index would like if based on values obtained from (appraisals ) rather than ( transactions ).
