就是答案里面说的那个条款。只要decision-making process是保持不变的，那么就要link，因为客户也需要知道这个manager更多的performance，因为只要decision-making process是不变的，那么前后业绩是有关系的。当然交易员走了可能会影响process，研究员不一样也可能会影响，但是也不一定影响，因为基金经理有自己的决策机制。所以答案里面只是说如果是保持不变的，就要link
