同学，你这里的理解有些牵强了，我们通常对企业进行估值，都是基于它在正常运转，如果销售收入都等于零了，说明企业快倒闭了，我们估计它破产清算价值就行了。因此相比NI, S不大会出现负数或零。

我也觉得这里题目不严谨。。。课上老师说了sales不会为负，最差也就是0。严格来讲第二句不全对啊

题干说的不就是销售不能为负或零吗？如果销售收入都等于零了，说明企业快倒闭了，我们估计它破产清算价值就行了。这是非常极端的情况，极少出现。这里是相对于净利润来说做的比较。
