同学你好，这里是对commodity trading community的另外一种分类，就是commodity trading在交易时，都有哪几个类型的参与者，第一种就是informed investor, 主要就是hedger & speculartors, 第二种是 liquidity providers, and (3) arbitrageurs.
Informed investors predominantly keep commodity futures markets efficient by capitalizing on mispricing attributable to a lack of information in the marketplace.
Liquidity providers often play the role of providing an insurance service to hedgers who need to unload and transfer price risk by entering into futures contracts.
Arbitrageurs typically seek to capitalize and profit on mispricing due to a lack of information in the marketplace

同学你好，首先是infromed investor, 而不是information trader哈，这里informed是指在某个领域有专长的或者自己的理解的，所以就是对投资commodity是有expertise的一群投资者，一般就是一些机构投资者，在市场上主要就是hedgers and speculators, 他们都对市场有个方向性的判断，希望通过这个方向来赚钱。但是arbitrageurs他们只是利用短期de mispricing来赚钱，并且要储存实物的大宗商品
