首先这个信息的来源是Atwood那里。而Atwood知道这个消息，是因为他参与了这两家公司的兼并重组。所以这是一个彻底的内幕消息。
所以首先Atwood把消息透露出去就违反了这条准则；
第二点Darcy听到这条消息，比较好的做法是C选项，加入限制性清单。
A选项是Ask Atwood发布消息；就是要求分析师公布该消息，这肯定是不对的。
首先要发布该消息也是促使这两家公司发布，只有公司才能发布公司的内幕消息，而外部分析师对于内幕消息应该是保密。
其次是，只有公司召集了一部分分析师，向这部分分析师透露了消息时，这时候才是促使公司尽快发布消息，这样就避免了这一小撮人利用内幕消息。因为在这种情况下，公司向一小部分人发布消息，其实是有意愿向外部散发消息的。
而本题的情况是，该消息是仍属于内幕消息，公司并没有召集一小撮分析师公布消息，也就是说，公司没有公布的意愿，这时分析师就无法要求公司公布内幕消息。
所以A选项错在了要求分析师公布他知道的公司内幕消息。
