同学你好,这道题考的其实是先付年金和后付年金之间的转换,大可不必记解释中的这个公式,只需要记住解释中的最后一步即可。题目已经给出了后付年金的现值。我们课上强调过,其他条件相同的情况下,只需要把后付年金的现值乘以单期的折现率(1+5%)即可得到先付年金的现值。
