uniform是一种分布函数(均匀分布函数)，但是这个题目考点其实不是uniform，他考的是均值与方差的无偏估计（unbiased estimators of the mean and variance）。
总体均值的无偏估计就是样本的均值本身，μ = 表格里的数据求平均 = 0.39.
而总体方差的无偏估计，则是1/(n-1) *∑(每一个数字 - μ)^2，
也就是1/(15-1) * [(0-0.39)^2 + (0.07-0.39)^2+ ... + (0.96-0.39)^2] = 0.086.
