当模型中漏掉一个X的时候，可以利用X2与X1之间的回归斜率项（δ），代入β1 + β2*δ的公式求出population value of β1.
β1是1.2，β2是-2.1，
δ = Cov(X1, X2) / X1的方差 = (ρ * σ1 * σ2)/ X1的方差 = (0.6*1*根号下0.5) / 1 = 0.424，
最后population value of β1 = β1 + β2 * δ = 1.2 -2.1 * 0.424 = 0.3096
