segregated account & pooled fund

single portfolio指的就是segregated account吗？——是的

回答这道题的时候可以写这句条款吗：all actual, fee paying, discretionary segregated accounts or pooled funds must be included in at least one composite if they meet a composite definition。不太理解为什么课后题答案只写了segregated account，没有提pooled fund——不行，因为如果一个策略只有pooled fund没有segregated accounts 就没必要新建一个composite
