 同学你好,这道题目用计算器可以这么算:

CF0=-1000; CF1=-4000; CF2=-45000; CF3=1000*1.15*1.14*0.96+4000*1.14*0.96+45000*0.96=48836.16

IRR-CPT-IRR=-2.08%
