IPS的本质是基金经理给客户做的投资策划书，目的还是要给客户投资理财。由于IPS里面职责，权利义务等分的很清，所以如果投资失误也可以明确是谁的责任，所以从这个角度保护了基金经理。但是这并不是IPS的本质目的。
