2.     investable net worth 是所有流动性资产减去流动性负债20。 Net worth是资产减负债100。可见投资初创企业是很缺乏流动性的。这两者的差额=100-20=80

3.     是的，可以看做是初创企业带来的收入

4.     这两个数据是下图黄线处的内容，如上面解释，investable net worth强调流动性。

5.     他除了买房和投资初创企业以外，还有一些其他的流动性更好的Financial assets能够大幅涨到20 从而满足investable net worth的需求
