考察风险管理委员会。首先明确风险管理委员会不等于董事会（或者说senior management），风险管理委员会的成员有一些是高管，另一些是各职能部门的领导，也就是中层。这个委员会是中高层用来商讨公司在实际运营当中遇到的一些风险问题的，它提供了一个上下沟通的平台，但没有决策权，批准risk policies的仍是董事会。了解上述信息之后看选项就容易多了。

A说的是风险管理委员会批准风险政策，这是senior management的职责。所以A表述错误。答案就是A

B说风险管理委员会站在了运营层面权衡风险政策，这是对的，因为讨论的是实际运营当中遇到的一些风险问题，这主要是由中层管理人员汇报的，那么风险管理委员会就提供了沟通的平台。

这个风险决策委员会应该通过的是A吧，B这种Oprational的事儿，不都是风控或者内审么。委员会都是董事，或者独董，谁做Oprational的事儿啊？
