同学你好，如果XYZ公司被收购，说明投资者能够控制这个公司，那就更适合用FCFF/FCFE模型来做公司估值，因为FCF是自由现金流，是控股股东能够自由控制的现金流，所以此时只能说FCFF/FCFE是更适合此时用来做估值的
而DDM由于是分红为基础进行估值的，而分红是小股东收到的，不可自由选择的现金流，所以此时更适合用来给小金额投资的小股东做估值用
不过，DDM也不一定就不能被使用，关键还是看题目给的条件——这种选模型的题目，很多时候都是矮子里面拔高子，如果别的选项都错的特别离谱，那DDM可能就也是合适的估值模型了，所以同学还是要灵活看待这类题目哦
