根据我们课上讲到的Brunel Asset Management Accord（《布鲁奈尔资产管理协议》），在评估一个基金经理的业绩的时候，应该不要太频繁，并且要在一个预期之内的区间里，比如说固定一年一次，而不是三个月一个或者随机抽查，否则会使基金经理变得短视，不重视长期利益。

所以如果我们看这三个选项的话，A选项的说法是正确的，B选项说“客户对基金经理新收购的每家公司的ESG特征提出了疑问”，和C选项“客户对基金经理出售的每家公司的ESG特征提出疑问”都是杜撰的说法，都是不正确的。
