第一份正式发布的 Stewardship Code 确实是 2010 年在英国发布的，因此通常被称为“2010 Stewardship Code”或“UK Stewardship Code”。这两个名称实际上是指同一个文件。

UK Stewardship Code 是英国金融报告委员会（Financial Reporting Council, FRC）于2010年首次发布的一套准则，旨在提高机构投资者在公司治理中的作用。因为这是全球范围内第一个正式发布的 Stewardship Code，通常被简称为“2010 Stewardship Code”。但由于它是由英国发布的，所以“UK Stewardship Code”这个名称也被广泛使用。

后来，英国在2020年发布了新版的 Stewardship Code，即2020 UK Stewardship Code，这也是对2010年版本的更新和扩展。
