同学你好,是的,虽然Plan A没有显性的说雇主有contribute,但题目标题都说了是post - employment plan了,没有雇主参与的又有啥资格叫养老金计划?

我们学养老金计划以来,也没有见过哪个养老金计划是雇主不参与员工自己搞的呀。从定义上,没有雇主参与的计划就是员工的自我保险计划了就不是我们学习的内容或知识点了呢

所以同学碰到这类题目可以不用想“会不会雇主没有参与contribute”这个方面了哦,因为不符合养老金计划的定义,也肯定和我们学的知识点或考点都不相符,协会是不会出题考察这种内容的哦
