此外,关于RS,2013年grant一批,此时已经波动率减小了,为什么波动率不会影响grant时股票的market value呢?波动率大和波动率小不是股价市价的影响因素吗?

同学你好,1.员工股权激励的option的价值确定,是用grant当年的一系列市场因素结合期权定价模型计算出来的,但是一旦确定,之后就不会再发生变化了就固定了,不会因为后面年份市场波动变大变小再调整前一年或前几年的option价值的,公司记账永远都用最开始grant那天确认的那个价值进行记账了——针对高管的option,题目的意思是,相比较之前高达38%-42%的波动率导致的option当年的价值会更高来说,从2011年的option的波动率下降,会导致2011年确认的option 价值相比以前年度更低

你说的”波动率既影响2011年option被grant时计算的FV,也会影响后续每年grant的FV。“对公司记账来说,是不存在这种情况的哦

2.关于RSU,股价是由当天该股票的市场供需决定的,和当时股价本身的波动大小无关,所以RSU的价值决定不受波动率大小的影响
