老师，我理解reducing the funding cost for firms selling the financial assets.

但是有Increasing the liquidity of the underlying assets吗，以RMBS为例，那部分mortgage loan其实没有变啊？！只是打包做了些附加的金融产品，underlying asset 没有变啊？

对于loan 的持有者，把loan提前变现，并且ABS在市场上可交易，增加了liquidity，
