关于英语描述：
which manager is the best at efficiently building portfolios by anticipating future returns?这个描述为什么表示的是IC？TC不行吗？也是有future returns的部分。
which manager is the best at building to make full use of their ability to correctly anticipate returns?这个描述的为什么是TC。IC不行吗？
英语描述的IC和TC有没有什么关键词可以识别？这两句话都有anticipate returns的部分，还是没有太理解这个英语描述，因为IC和TC都有预期收益率的部分，一个是预期收益率和实际收益率，那就是IC。预期收益率和权重就是TC。

同学除了关注题干，还需要关注题目的条件哈
条件是：Suppose all three managers claim to be good at forecasting returns.
强调的是 good at forecasting returns 的能力，所以是在考查 IC
