其实翻译一下就觉得不对了。C说IPS可以让投资经理指导客户如何正确使用投资，以及指导他投资的目的是什么。投资的目的是客户定的，比如说为了以后养老，为了日常生活开销，不需要投资经理教客户；怎么正确使用投资就更不对了，这就客户的钱，他怎么花投资经理管不到。

所以说A最正确，因为IPS是两者用来沟通的，确定了投资目标和投资限制，然后投资经理根据IPS帮客户实现这个目标
