题目里说的“require multiple capital calls over the next few years”,还以为是要问分多次投资——简单说就是这笔钱还要等一段时间(hen jiu)才会被GP拿去投资,这么久放在手里不能投资,时间成本咋办?投资了又担心GP要钱拿不出来。而且又想投资和自己本来打算投资的项目相关的资产,于是乎,REITs完美的解决了这个问题,既有流动性,有收益还不错,至少比cash高,而且和自己本身投资的房地产项目相关,完美。所以选择100%投入到REITs上
