同学你好，因为在海外，land属于永久有效的资产，相当于如果要折旧或摊销的话，那分母就是无限大——所以land是不需要计提折旧和摊销的

固定资产和无形资产中，除了land，一般就是Goodwill是不需要进行折旧和摊销的
