算，从规模上讲，所有的小规模机构投资者，他不管使用啥模型，都面临以下问题：

1、所有小规模机构投资者规模小，无法投资门槛较高的alternative，分散化程度低；

2、小规模基金，没有Skilled employess and无法聘请顶级经理。

题目考过比较粗略地小规模=outsourcing。或者进一步考察outsourcing的时候还会遇到一些阻碍，如找不到专业的另类资产投研团队。
