•Underperformed expectations: If the order is executed at a cost higher than the pre-trade cost benchmark.

如果arrival cost比预期低，就是更好的表现；反之，如果arrival cost比预期的Est. pre-trade cost高，就说明表现的差。差距越大，表现越差。

一般来说， Est. pre-trade cost (bps) 是题目的已知条件，我们只需要计算arrival cost即可。arrival cost就是当arrival price为benchmark时的trade cost。可以参考图二的计算公式。
