Hello，亲爱的同学~

这里的shareholder是指fund作为list company的股东，也就是公司的外部投资者。

公司原股东一般是公司大股东和跟随大股东一起创业的元老股东，这些人会控制和经营公司，一般也会担任董事长，管理层等。

activist是指公司外部股东，制约公司董事长和管理层，使他们提升公司治理，从而可以维护公司外部中小股东的利益。
