题干是问你下面哪个选项不是属于审计师的标准观点

A选项说的是审计师要和公司管理层是独立的，不能收公司管理层的影响而影响自己的判断甚至包庇。

C选项说的是一个公司的会计估计和方法的选择是要合理的，比如折旧方法的选项，直线和加速，要根据设备的实际使用状况，环境和保养程度综合考虑。

A和C是正确的。

B是说审计师必须要保证财务报表没有重大问题，这个是不对的，审计师只能提供合理的审计意见。
